We found that Scott Cannon, at Market Street Tech Services, provided practical solutions for updating our technology that were more compatible with our budget and the capabilities of our staff.
The need for service calls has dropped dramatically. We are pleased with Scott’s ability to communicate and his willingness to “train” our staff to handle some of our own maintenance. Scott’s background in library service was an added bonus.
